Madeira Wine & Vineyard Tour with Tastings
This private wine tour is a relaxed way to discover Madeira’s wine culture while exploring some of the island’s quieter backroads by 4x4. With a local guide, you’ll start in the seaside village of Câmara de Lobos before visiting Henriques & Henriques, one of Madeira’s most respected wine producers, for your first tasting.
From there, we head off-road through hillside vineyards towards Campanário, with time to enjoy the views and stop for photos along the way. The tour continues in São Vicente at Quinta do Barbusano, where you can choose to add a relaxed lunch paired with a selection of regional wines, overlooking the vineyards.
It’s a private, unhurried experience designed for wine lovers who want to see more of Madeira, taste local wines and enjoy the journey as much as the destinations.

At Quinta do Barbusano, you can choose from optional guided tasting experiences, including a wine and charcuterie pairing with a guided visit (€20 per person) or a relaxed lunch with a six-wine pairing and guided visit (€60 per person). If you prefer something different, we’re also happy to recommend and reserve a more traditional local restaurant for lunch - lunch is not included in the tour price, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you best.
