What a Typical Tour Looks Like:

Câmara de Lobos
Start the day in this picturesque seaside village, a favourite of Winston Churchill and local fishermen alike and visit Henriques & Henriques founded in 1850. Here you will taste their iconic aged Madeira wines right where they are produced.

Off-Road Through Vineyards
We leave the highway behind and head off-roading, driving up through the steep, dramatically perched vineyards of Quinta Grande with plenty of stops for photos.

São Vicente
We head over to the wilder north coast visiting waterfalls and beautiful viewpoints

Quinta do Barbursano
Wind down with a wine tasting with optional lunch upgrade and guided visit

Not at all. The tour is suitable for everyone, whether you are a wine enthusiast, culture lover or just curious, your guide will explain the wines and vineyards in a fun, friendly and accessible way.
Are tastings included in the tour price?
The tour includes a stop at Henriques & Henriques and a visit to Quinta do Barbusano, where a small tasting is included. But, there are also tasting experiences that are optional add-ons.

How long is the wine tour?
The tour typically lasts a full day (7-8 hours), but we tailor the timing based on your preferences. Pickup and drop-off are included, so you don’t need to worry about transport.
Is it a private tour?
Yes - this is a fully private tour with your own 4x4 and guide. The day is tailored to your pace, so you can enjoy the vineyards, tastings, and views without any crowds.
How do we handle booking and payment?
