​Cancellations by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour or activity due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Extreme or unsafe weather conditions

Safety or operational concerns
-
Situations where general or specific terms and conditions are not met
If we cancel an activity, we will notify you as soon as possible and will offer:

An alternative date or activity (subject to availability and weather conditions), or
-
A full refund of the amount paid, if rescheduling is not possible or not convenient for you.
Many of our activities are weather-dependent. If an activity is cancelled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule for another suitable day.
Cancellations by the Customer
All cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Half-day and one-day tours:
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may result in partial or total loss of the amount paid. -
Multi-day tours:
Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure may result in partial or total loss of the amount paid. -
Late cancellations / No-shows:
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the above deadlines or for failure to attend the tour. -
Larger groups (10 or more):
For group bookings of 10 or more participants, a 20% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- If the group cancels more than 1 month (30 days) before the tour date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the group cancels within 1 month (30 days) of the tour date, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance (full payment) must be paid no later than 1 week before the scheduled tour date.
Subject to availability, tours may be rescheduled to a future date without penalty if requested within the applicable cancellation period.

Refunds
Any approved refund will be processed within 14 days using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes by Us
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, routes, prices, or services when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or for operational reasons.
Where possible, we will provide suitable alternative arrangements of comparable value.
Customer Responsibilities

You must inform us in writing of any medical condition requiring attention or medication prior to your tour.

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you during the tour.

You agree to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, staff, and other guests.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the tour, without refund.
